Rocket Espresso Giotto Fast V

£1,701.00

The Giotto Fast V is built to be ready to brew less than 12 minutes after you switch it on, which is rare for a heat exchanger (HX) machine at this price. Its 1.8-litre boiler with reinforced insulation heats up quickly and holds its temperature precisely. The OLED display and twin pressure gauges show pump and boiler pressure in real time, so you can adjust without guesswork. Built-in shot timer, vibration pump, 1.8-litre water tank. A complete machine for anyone who wants performance and clear feedback without moving up to a rotary pump.

Ready to brew in 12 minutes

The FAST range's big strength comes down to one number: around 12 minutes from switch-on to your first espresso. On a heat exchanger machine in this class, that's rare. No more switching the machine on an hour before breakfast.

Fast heat-up changes how you use it every day: the machine becomes spontaneous. Fancy a coffee? Switch on, grind, brew.

Dual pressure gauges and OLED display

The Giotto Fast V shows two pressures at once: boiler and pump. Keeping an eye on both, you can spot under- or over-extraction straight away and adjust your grind accordingly.

The full OLED display shows the shot timer during extraction. You can track your seconds without a separate timer, which really helps you improve.

A well-insulated heat exchanger

The 1.8-litre boiler feeds both extraction and steam, so you can go from espresso to frothed milk without a break. Its insulating jacket cuts heat loss and power consumption.

The vibration pump and 1.8-litre water tank keep set-up simple: a socket, some water and you're away. With 1550 W of rated power, it suits any kitchen.

Who is the Giotto Fast V for?

The Giotto is Rocket Espresso's original silhouette: classic lines, polished stainless steel, the look of an Italian espresso bar at home. The Fast V adds rapid heat-up and modern electronics at the most affordable price in the FAST range.

It's the right choice if you want an elegant, responsive heat exchanger espresso machine with a water tank, for everyday family use.
